The Town of Sykesville periodically puts out Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for various work and projects throughout the year.  Below are our open RFPs.  If you have any questions about an RFP, please contact the staff person listed on the individual RFP.

South End of Main Street Improvements Project

The Town of Sykesville is requesting written sealed proposals to complete the Improvements shown on the Grading Only Plans - Main Street Improvements Town of Sykesville, Carroll County File No. GRO-23-0006 and Complete the Improvements shown on the below SHA Road Improvement Plans - Main Street Improvements Town of Sykesville SHA Tracking No. 22APDO003XX available to the public on November 12, 2024 by request via email at tony.meyers@kci.com.

Optional Pre-bid meeting in Sykesville Town House at 7547 Main Street Sykesville, MD 21784 at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

If you have any questions of concerns or require clarification prior to bidding, RFIs are to be submitted to Tony Meyers at KCI (tony.meyers@kci.com) by December 4, 2024, KCI will respond to all RFIs by December 6, 2024.  

Sealed proposals must be submitted at the Sykesville Town House on December 13, 2024 by Noon, at which time they will be opened and read publicly.

The Mayor and Town Council reserve the right to waive any formalities and to reject all bids.
