The Maryland Municipal League (MML), representing Maryland’s 157 incorporated cities and towns, is working to restore their residents’ share of local transportation funding during this General Assembly Session. The next step in their campaign to restore this funding is to educate their residents about this issue and ask for their voices to join the MML in petitioning their legislators to support the Highway User Revenues (HUR) restoration bill.
HUR funds are used by the Town of Sykesville to maintain and repave roads.
