Town Clerk Responsibilities


The Town Clerk is responsible for the preparation of the Mayor and Town Council meetings by providing the agenda, minutes and supporting documents. The Clerk also provides information to the public to resolve complaints and provides information about the Town and its services. 
 

Services


The Town Clerk provides a variety of services, including:
  • Lien Releases
  • Public Information Requests
  • Staff liaison to the Historic District Commission
  • Park pavilion rentals
